Overview

Trebellar is organized into a set of core modules that work together to support exploration, monitoring, planning, and action.

Each module serves a distinct purpose, while sharing the same underlying data and AI-enabled capabilities. This allows teams to move fluidly from orientation to analysis to decision-making without switching tools or contexts.

Homepage

The Trebellar Homepage is the primary starting point for getting oriented and understanding where to focus next.

The Homepage combines Ask Anything for asking questions in plain language, Quick Actions for fast access to common questions and views, and Headliners that surface notable insights and changes across your portfolio. Together, these features help you quickly understand what’s happening and move into deeper analysis elsewhere in the platform.

Explorer

Explorer helps teams understand how locations perform today and evaluate where to locate in the future.

Explorer connects Portfolio for relative location performance, Commute for understanding employee commute times to locations across different modes of transportation, and Listings for researching and evaluating potential new locations. Together, these features support informed location decisions across both current and future scenarios.

Dashboards

Dashboards provide structured views for monitoring performance across your portfolio or specific locations.

They bring together configurable metrics, timeframes, and location based filters to support consistent review and comparison over time. AI can be used within dashboards to explore key metrics and performance indicators in more depth when questions arise.

Reports

Reports allow you to turn analysis into shareable outputs.

From virtually anywhere in the platform, you can generate a report that combines charts, summaries, explanations, and supporting context based on your connected data.

Reports are saved automatically so they can be revisited, refreshed as data changes, or reused over time. They can be shared via link for in-platform viewing or exported to PowerPoint or Google Slides.

Portfolio Planner

Portfolio Planner supports long-range planning and scenario analysis.

It allows you to model headcount, attendance, space supply, and other assumptions over time using your underlying data. You can maintain a plan of record while quickly creating alternative scenarios to test different strategies.

Scenarios can be reviewed, refined, and compared. Once approved, a scenario can be merged back into the plan of record to keep real estate and workplace planning and management teams aligned and up to date.

Workflows and actions

Workflows and actions help ensure insights lead to follow-through.

Trebellar provides insights and recommendations to support decision-making. Alerts, summaries, and recommendations can be surfaced based on conditions you care about, such as attendance exceeding capacity or costs trending above plan.

Automated notifications help ensure important changes are highlighted as they occur.
