Overview
The Trebellar Homepage is designed to help you get oriented quickly, explore your data, and move directly into the insights that matter most to your work.
Rather than starting with a wall of dashboards, the Homepage provides an AI-first experience that allows you to ask questions in plain language, surface key insights, and navigate seamlessly into deeper analysis across the platform.
This article walks through the main elements of the Homepage and how they work together to support everyday exploration and decision-making.
Global navigation
At the top of the Homepage, you’ll find the global navigation bar. This is where you can move between the primary areas of Trebellar, such as Explorer, Dashboards, Reports, and Portfolio Planner.
The navigation bar also provides access to common utilities, including:
Help and support
Notifications
User settings
Reporting an issue
These controls remain available no matter where you are in the platform, so you can move between tasks without losing context.
Ask Anything
Ask Anything allows you to type natural-language questions and receive clear, contextual responses based on your connected data. It is the fastest way to get a quick update, investigate a topic, or begin deeper exploration without needing to know where a specific metric or report lives.
From a single question, you can move directly into other parts of the platform, such as Explorer, Dashboards, or Reports, to continue your analysis.
Quick actions
Located just below the Ask Anything prompt, Quick Actions are shortcuts to common questions and views, such as attendance trends, cost metrics, lease activity, or property details. These shortcuts are designed to save time and reduce repetitive searching.
Over time, Quick Actions adapt based on how you use Trebellar. As the platform learns which questions you ask most often, the shortcuts become increasingly tailored to your typical workflows.
Today’s Headliner
Today’s Headliner surfaces a notable insight or pattern that Trebellar has identified as potentially important. These highlights are intended to draw attention to changes, imbalances, or trends that may warrant a closer look.
From a Headliner, you can drill into supporting details or continue exploring the underlying data elsewhere in the platform. Over time, Headliners become more aligned with your role and areas of focus, helping ensure the insights you see are relevant to your work.
What’s next
The Homepage serves as a primary starting point, where many users begin by asking questions and are also guided by surfaced insights that highlight what’s important and where to focus next.
From here, you:
Ask questions and follow them into deeper analysis
Investigate insights that warrant attention
Explore how locations perform today or evaluate future options in Explorer
Monitor performance over time using Dashboards
Share findings or model scenarios using Reports and Portfolio Planner
