Creating a Schedule in Chats

Learn how to use Schedules in Trebellar to run any chat prompt automatically on a recurring cadence.

Set up a recurring analysis with Schedule:

  1. From the Trebellar homepage, ask a question in Chat (for example, "What are the top five highest attended locations last month?").

  2. Refine the analysis with follow-up questions until it shows exactly what you need (for example, "When are we expected to run out of space at these locations?" or "How many seats does each location need to get back under P80 capacity?").

  3. Ask Treb AI to create a concise prompt you can run monthly at the portfolio level based on this analysis.

  4. Copy the prompt it generates.

  5. Click the Schedule tab on the left, then click + New Schedule.

  6. Paste the prompt into What do you want to analyze?

  7. Under When, set the cadence (for example, every 1 month at 9:00 AM on the 1st day of the month) and choose a start date.

  8. Recommended: Under Notifications, turn on Email the schedule owner when a new chat is ready.

  9. Click Save Changes.

  10. Recommended: Click Run Now to generate a first run and check the output.

  11. Go to All Chats and refresh the page. A purple dot next to a chat means a new analysis is ready to review.

Your insight will now run automatically on the schedule you set, with an email notification each time a new analysis is ready.
