July brought a number of updates across Portfolio Planner, Reports, Dashboards, Chats, and administration. Many of these changes are focused on giving teams more control over how they analyze and communicate portfolio decisions, while making everyday workflows faster and easier to manage.

Comment directly on plans. Teams can now leave comments and replies directly in Portfolio Planner, including @mentions, making it easier to capture context, questions, and decisions alongside the plan itself.

Control what you see without changing the underlying plan. New visibility controls let you hide individual buildings or floors from a plan view while preserving their contribution to rollup totals and warnings.

Get more specific about supply. Supply charts can now be broken down by building status, providing additional context when evaluating active, future, or otherwise categorized space.

We also added a Select All option to the location picker to make working with larger portfolios faster.

July included several updates designed to make Reports more flexible and easier to work with.

Find the information you need faster. The metric picker now includes search, and a new Find slide option lets you quickly jump to slides by title or building name.

More control over the story you want to tell. You can now replace an AI-generated slide narrative with your own text and preserve that narrative as the report continues to be edited or exported.

Simpler stack slide filtering. When choosing which assets to include on a stack slide, assets are now grouped by building, campus, site, or floor. Everything is selected by default, and search and bulk selection make it easier to narrow the view.

We also added desk count by status as a custom reporting metric and made several performance and usability improvements, including faster slide loading, better handling of longer slide content, improved slide navigation, and more consistent chart editing at different zoom levels.

Building attendance charts can now display average daily badge entries alongside assigned headcount, making it easier to understand actual workplace use in the context of the population assigned to a location.

We also clarified resident and visitor attendance definitions in chart tooltips and AI-generated overviews.

Additional fixes improved attrition reporting for employees terminated through bulk data updates, visitor-only attendance calculations, and cases where dashboard metrics could remain stuck in a loading state.

The Threads area of Trebellar is now called Chats, reflecting how teams use Trebellar Intelligence to explore questions and continue analyses over time.

We also made several improvements to chat reliability. Large dataset responses are now handled more gracefully by prompting the AI to narrow the request.

uly also included fixes for shared and deep-linked chats, unsupported chart responses, category-specific cost questions, and chat titles or messages appearing in the wrong location.

Admins can also now view and search across all chats where their permissions allow.

User administration is more flexible. Deactivated users can now be viewed and reactivated instead of deactivation being permanent.

For organizations using enterprise identity management, Trebellar now supports OIDC discovery for SSO configuration and an organization-level setting for SCIM-based user provisioning. We also simplified the SSO settings experience with clearer labels, guidance, and status information.

We also improved the reliability of remote storage configuration and bulk source synchronization.

These updates are part of our ongoing work to make Trebellar easier to use for day-to-day portfolio analysis while giving teams more control over the data, assumptions, and outputs behind important real estate decisions.
